RBR Ltd. – Connecting with customers to tell their stories

RBR Ltd. (RBR) is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of ocean sensing instrumentation who brought me in to interview their customers from around the world and create Customer Stories, articles describing the scientific and industry applications of their products.

Between 2016 and 2021, I produced over 23 articles for RBR Ltd., including several for publication in industry journals and magazines. RBR has shared that their customers have had a very positive response to the articles.
